All Blacks captain Richie McCaw thanked Vanuatu fans for their support during a month of 2015 Rugby World Cup in London that ended yesterday.
Trending on social media this week is Vanuatu Rugby Union president, Mr. Joshua Tafura Kalsakau who is representing Vanuatu at the Rugby World Cup event in London England, posing with Richie McCaw and Ma’a Nonu after the 34-17 comfortable win.
“Richie McCaw says thank you so much Vanuatu for your great support and your national jersey I will treasure, thank you!”, Kalsakau posted.
The New Zealand All Blacks stole many hearts of rugby fans around the world including Vanuatu that many fans in Port Vila took the streets after the win against Wallabies.
Richard Hugh “Richie” McCaw is the current test captain of the All Blacks – the country’s national team with most capped test rugby player of all time, according to Wikipedia.
Just before the finals, All Blacks fans challenged the Wallabies in a Haka performed outside the Australian High Commission Embassy in Port Vila just hours before the clash.
